How credits work

SheetEngine uses a credit-based pay-as-you-go system. You purchase credits and they're deducted as you use the AI agent. You only pay for what you use.

Checking your balance

Your current credit balance is visible in the app. You'll see a warning when it drops below 2 credits.

Adding credits

Click the Top Up button, optionally enter a coupon code, and complete payment via Stripe. Credits are added to your account immediately. See Top-Up & Credits for details.

What happens when credits run out?

If your balance is too low to cover a message, the request is blocked and you'll be prompted to top up. This prevents unexpected charges - you'll never go into a negative balance.
