Account Deletion

Deleting your account

You can delete your SheetEngine account from the Settings page:

  1. Open Settings from the sidebar
  2. Scroll to the Delete Account section
  3. Click Delete Account
  4. Confirm the deletion in the dialog

What gets deleted

When you delete your account, SheetEngine permanently removes:

  • Your user profile and account data
  • All your SheetEngine projects
  • Your credit balance
  • Your conversation history
  • Your deploy snapshots

What stays

Deleting your SheetEngine account does not affect:

  • Your Google account
  • Your Google Sheets files
  • Any automations you've deployed to your spreadsheets - they continue running in Google independently

Transaction records

For accounting and compliance purposes, anonymized transaction records may be retained after account deletion. These records do not contain personally identifiable information.

Reversibility

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. If you create a new account with the same Google account, you'll start fresh with no projects, credits, or history.

Before deleting

Consider:

  • Your remaining credit balance will be forfeited
  • Your deployed automations will continue to work in Google Sheets
  • Export or note any project configurations you want to keep
