Top-Up & Credits
Adding credits
- Click the Top Up button in the app
- The top-up dialog shows the current credit package and price
- Optionally enter a coupon code for bonus credits
- Click Proceed to Payment
- Complete checkout on the Stripe payment page
- Credits are added to your account immediately after payment
Payment methods
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. You can pay with credit/debit cards and other methods supported by Stripe in your region.
Checking your balance
Your current credit balance is displayed in the app. You can also see a transaction history showing all credit additions and deductions.
Low balance warnings
When your balance drops below 2 credits, you'll see a warning before sending messages. If your balance is too low to cover a message, the request is blocked with a prompt to top up.
How long do credits last?
Unused credits expire at the end of each calendar month. How quickly you use your credits depends on your usage: planning messages cost a fraction of a credit, while complex build operations may cost a few credits.
