Using a coupon code

Coupon codes can be applied during the top-up process:

  1. Click Top Up to open the top-up dialog
  2. Enter your coupon code in the coupon field
  3. Click Validate to check the code
  4. If valid, you'll see the bonus credits that will be added
  5. Proceed to checkout as normal

When coupon credits are applied

Coupon credits are applied after your Stripe payment completes successfully. The bonus credits from the coupon are added on top of the credits from your purchase.

Coupon limitations

  • Each coupon code can only be used once per account
  • Coupons may have expiration dates
  • Some coupons have a maximum number of total redemptions
  • Coupon codes are case-insensitive

If you have a coupon code that isn't working, check that it hasn't expired and that you haven't already used it. Contact support if you need help.
