Payment processing
All payments are processed through Stripe. SheetEngine does not store your credit card details - they're handled entirely by Stripe's secure infrastructure.
Checkout flow
When you top up credits:
- You're redirected to a Stripe-hosted checkout page
- Enter your payment details
- After successful payment, you're redirected back to SheetEngine
- Credits are added to your account automatically
Receipts
Stripe sends email receipts for all successful payments to the email address associated with your Google account.
Supported payment methods
Stripe supports a wide range of payment methods depending on your region, including credit/debit cards, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and bank transfers in supported regions.
Payment issues
If you experience a problem:
- Check that your card has sufficient funds
- Verify your card details are entered correctly
- Try a different payment method
